| Dave McCune |
Dave is a co-founder and President of Jericho Information
Technology, LLC (JIT). Dave brings more than 25 years
experience in the financial services industry to his role
as president and COO of Jericho Information Technology.
His expertise includes lending, credit policies, technology
solutions, business intelligence, compliance and risk
management. He is responsible for overseeing both the
strategic direction and daily operations of the company.
Prior to starting JIT, Dave served as SVP of ARGO Data
Resource Corporation, a technology services company providing
loan origination and decisioning software to top tier
lenders. Before that, he was SVP with State National Companies,
one of the industries largest providers of insurance products
to automobile financiers, where he was responsible for
national underwriting, profitability, and account retention.
Dave holds a Bachelors of Business Administration, with
a concentration in Finance, from Texas State University;
and a Graduate Degree from the Graduate Banking School
at SMU |

| Alan B. Feldman |
Prior to Alan’s current role
he was the co-founder and former President and CEO of
Cypress Software Solutions, LLC.("CSS"), a provider
of credit automation technology, services and software
which enables business-to-business and business-to-consumer
credit transactions. Before co-founding Jericho, Alan
spent over twenty years in Risk/Credit Management with
major lenders and credit repositories, including Trans
Union and The Associates. The years of experience have
proven invaluable for understanding and developing modeling
and predictive applications for lenders worldwide.
Alan holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas Christian
University and has completed his Certificate of Theological
studies from Brite Divinity. |

| Wayne Kariger |
Wayne is the Director of Technology for Jericho and
is focused on coordinating the development of intellectual
capital and platform direction strategy for JIT. Wayne
brings more than 10 years experience in strategic planning,
technology development, and performance measurement. Subsequent
to coming to Jericho, Wayne was responsible for application
development and strategic design for some of the largest
lenders in the U.S. Some of the lenders included working
with; Compass, Comerica, Fifth Third, Key Bank and many
others.
Wayne holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in
Management Information Systems and Management from Texas
Tech University. |

| Dennis Lewis |
Dennis Lewis is Jericho’s Director of Business
Consulting Services. Before assuming his role at Jericho,
Dennis was Corporate Vice President of Strategic Business
Services at ARGO Data Resource Corporation, a technology
services company providing loan origination and decisioning
software to top tier lenders, where he provide strategic
direction and leadership for innovative product design
for ARGO lending solutions. Dennis has 30 years of financial
services industry experience primarily in the fields of
operations management, credit risk management, and lending
systems technology. Prior to ARGO, he served in various
executive positions including the Chief Operations Officer
of a bank holding company in charge of lending and deposit
operations, as Chief Customer Service Executive for APPRO
Systems Inc., a lending software firm and was heavily
involved in the indirect prime to sub-prime finance market.
Additionally, Dennis has significant experience in Internet
and contact center management for origination and approval
of loans for third party institutions.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing
and a Master of Business Administration degree from
Louisiana State University.

| Bob Earnhardt
|
Bob was responsible for all operating areas supporting
Wachovia Dealer Financial Services. The centralized organizational
structure he created provided application input, contract
funding, DFS systems support, accounting, lease servicing
and appropriate general ledger reconcilement. The operating
group also provided complete customer service for indirect
installment loans and leases, including a call center,
correspondence group, insurance group, title administration,
lien perfection, and paid loan processing. During his
38 year career with Wachovia Dealer Financial Services,
he managed vehicle leasing, dealer marketing, collections,
indirect lease/loan origination, and operations. Bob also
has three years experience managing a Retail Automobile
Dealership. |

| Dwayne Kitchen,
RIA |
Dwayne is a Registered Investment Adviser and has a
fee based portfolio management practice in San Diego,
CA where he provides financial consulting and advisory
services to the high net worth market. His career in the
financial services industry spans more than two decades
bringing a wealth of experience in sales, marketing and
management leadership. Prior to starting his own RIA firm
he was a regional vice president of Essex Corporation
responsible for institutional bank client’s investment
product sales in southern California. He has been responsible
for key accounts, business development and institutional
sales for private investment companies. In addition he
held various responsibilities at the branch level with
broker dealers from a retail stock broker to vice president
of investments at E.F. Hutton, Merrill Lynch, Salomon
Smith Barney and First Security Van Kasper. Dwayne is
a graduate of Marshall University and holds a BBA in Marketing.
He holds NASD series 7, 63 and 65, California life and
annuity license, CFA level I candidate and is a member
of Investment Management Consultants Association, IMCA.

| Phil Maternowski |
Phil is Senior Vice President of Information Technology
for Energy Education Inc. responsible for technology
strategy and operations. Prior to joining Energy Education,
he was Senior Vice President of Information Technology
and CIO for Citigroup’s Citifinancial Auto; a
top 10 non-prime auto lending company. He was responsible
for technology strategy and operations. Prior to joining
Citigroup, Phil held numerous positions with Blockbuster
Inc., including acting Vice President of Domestic Merchandising
Systems, Director I.T. Process Group, and Director International
I.T. – Canada & Latin America. Before joining
Blockbuster, Phil served as: MIS Project Manager at
SunStar Acceptance Corporation, President of a start-up
real estate development business, and held various management,
technical and finance positions during an 8.5 year tenure
with EDS. Phil received his Bachelors in Business Administration/
Finance from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater,
and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Phil
and his wife, Lynn, have two children, John and Katelynn,
and reside in Celina, Texas.

Dave Perkowski, Ph.D
|
Dr. Dave Perkowski was formerly Chief Architect
at ARGO and in his role was directly responsible for enterprise
implementations at Bank of America, Wachovia, JPMC, BankOne
(now Chase), Huntington, Key Bank, Colonial Bank, Wilmington
Trust, Frost Bank, Guaranty Bank, Regions, and Chase Auto.
Dr. Perkowski's 30+ years of experience in the lending
industry has enabled him to architect, implement, and
lead large enterprise solutions utilizing latest technology
solutions, including Service Oriented Architectures,
Intra/Internet, and highly distributed wide area network
Dave received his bachelors from Purdue University
in Mechanical Technology. He was a lecturer at Purdue
and taught courses in Statics, Fluid Dynamics, Machine
Design and Computer Programming for Engineers. He is
currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Computer Science Illinois
Institute of Technology specializing in software engineering
methodologies and software language development. |
